MyFormica / MyMelteca
MyFormica has hundreds of laminates for creating stylish kitchens, bathrooms and commercial spaces.
Goals
The team at MyFormica wanted to be able access to their entire MyFormica range of laminates while on the go without having to carry and distribute physical samples of laminates. The samples also had to be available remotely in places where the connectivity was low.
Results
The app was developed to enable the entire range of colours and samples to be made available offline in different resolutions and saved locally on the app. This made the samples very easy to sort through the entire range of laminates and even place orders for samples directly from the app. The samples could searched for by tone, finish, structure or name. Favourite colours could be saved for future reference and even shared. The app is a source of sales leads and brings with it the opportunity to connect and engage new and existing clients.
The app was very well received and additional apps were developed for the other product ranges including MyMelteca.
