SKYCITY is an iconic NZ landmark with an entertainment and hospitality offering that spans a broad spectrum from Casinos through to Restaurants and Hotels. The SKYCITY app needed to aptly reflect the splendor and luxury of SKYCITY and yet be designed to be flexible enough to accommodate newer functionality to be added over time.
The team had to take a unique approach to encompass the many goals of the app and yet deliver something truly novel within an incredibly short time span.
The result was a novel customizable interface with strong focus on usability that allows users to save and access their favourites directly from their home screen.
The app was put together by the team in record time to a very tight deadline.
